We start with energizing pranayama (breathing exercises) to wake up your body gently—no jarring alarms, just conscious breaths. Then flow through sun salutations that build heat, strength, and focus. This is the "I need to shower and get to my desk by 8 AM" slot. You're not a 5:30 AM person—and that's completely fine. This class is designed for busy Indians who need to squeeze yoga in before work starts.

We focus on therapeutic poses that undo yesterday's damage: neck rolls for tech neck, spinal twists for sitting all day, and hip openers for tight muscles. Plus stress-relief techniques so you walk into your workday calm instead of frazzled. Think of it as preventive medicine for your 9-to-5.

We do gentle stretches that release the day's tension from your body. Restorative poses that calm your nervous system. Breathing exercises that signal to your brain: "It's okay to relax now." And a longer Shavasana (final relaxation) because you've earned it. You'll sleep better. We promise.

Can I attend different time slots on different days? +

Absolutely! You're not locked into one time. Had a late night? Skip the 5:30 AM and join 6:35 AM instead. Unexpected evening plans? Come to the morning session. Your membership covers ALL three daily classes—attend whichever fits your schedule that day.

What if I miss a live class? +

Every session is recorded and shared with members. Watch it later at your convenience. BUT—we strongly recommend live classes when possible. That's when you get real-time posture corrections, personalized modifications, and direct answers to your questions. Recordings are your backup plan, not the main plan.

Do I need to commit to the same time every day? +

Nope. Show up when you can. Some students do 5:30 AM Monday-Friday and 7 PM on weekends. Others alternate based on their work schedule. The only "rule" is: come as often as you can. Consistency matters more than which time slot you choose.

Are the classes different at each time, or the same routine? +

Different! Morning sessions focus on energizing poses and building strength. Evening sessions emphasize relaxation, stretching, and stress relief. Even if you attended 5:30 AM, you could join 7 PM for a completely different therapeutic focus. Many students do two classes per day.

I'm in a different time zone. Will this work for me? +

Times shown are Indian Standard Time (IST). If you're in the US, UK, Middle East, or elsewhere—convert to your local time and see if any slot works. We have NRI students joining from different countries. Plus, all classes are recorded if live timing doesn't fit.

How many people are in each class? +

We intentionally keep groups small (10-15 students max) so Thanuja can see your screen, correct your posture, and remember your specific health concerns. You're not just another face in a 100-person Zoom room. You get personalized attention every single class.

What if I can't decide which time is best for me? +

Try all three during your free trial! Attend one morning and one evening. See which time you enjoy most, when you feel most focused, and what fits your energy level. There's no "wrong" choice—only what works for YOUR body and YOUR schedule.
