The Real Story
Let me be honest with you.
I didn't grow up wanting to be a yoga teacher. I wasn't the spiritual kid who meditated at 5 AM. I was just a regular person dealing with my own health problems—the kind doctors couldn't really fix with pills.
That's when I found yoga. Actually, yoga found me.
And I fell in love with it. Not because it looked cool on Instagram. But because after years of trying everything else—medicines, diets, treatments—this actually worked. My body felt better. My mind felt calmer. The problems I thought were "just how I am" started going away.
So I made a decision: I'm going to learn everything about this. Not to teach. Just to understand what was happening to my body.
I practiced for 5 whole years before teaching a single student.
Most people finish their yoga teacher training and immediately start teaching. I didn't. I wanted to really understand how the body works. Why certain poses help with certain conditions. What makes therapeutic yoga different from regular exercise.
I got my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Then I specialized in therapeutic yoga for health conditions. Then I kept practicing, kept learning, kept reading.
Because here's what I realized: Teaching yoga isn't just about showing poses. It's about understanding what's happening inside someone's body when they're in pain, when they can't sleep, when their hormones are all over the place, when they're stressed out of their mind.
That's the yoga I teach. Not the fancy stuff. The healing stuff.

Teaching Philosophy
I teach differently than most yoga instructors. Here's how:
I don't care if you can do a headstand. I care if your back pain goes away. We focus on therapeutic poses that actually fix your specific problem—not what looks good in photos.
Yoga isn't a competition. If you need to rest, rest. If a pose hurts, we modify it. I'll never push you into something your body isn't ready for. Progress happens slowly—and that's perfectly fine.
Small groups mean I can actually see your screen, watch your posture, and tell you exactly what to adjust. You're not just another face in a 100-person Zoom room. I remember your name and your concerns.
If you're more comfortable in Telugu or Kannada, we'll do the class in that. Because when you're holding a difficult pose, you shouldn't have to translate instructions in your head.
I'll explain WHY we're doing a pose. What it does to your organs, your hormones, your nervous system. You're not just following along blindly—you're understanding how your body heals.
Some students see results in a week. Some take two months. Everyone's body is different. I won't rush you or make you feel bad for going slow. We're here for healing, not speed records.
Journey Stats
Because healing is measurable too.
I'm not for everyone. And that's okay. Some people want high-energy workouts. Some want silent meditation. I teach therapeutic healing for real health problems. If that's what you need, let's talk.
